Emergency Eye Care Miami

We are available to help if you encounter an eye emergency. Our Miami Optometry office provides emergency eye care services for infections, injuries and other urgent matters. We ensure that you are seen immediately. We have the knowledge and equipment to meet all of your eye care needs in one location. In addition to the services you already rely on us for such as routine eye exams, contact lenses and specialty contact lenses, think of us first for:

  • Red and irritated eyes
  • Broken blood vessels
  • Eye allergies
  • Eye burning
  • Eye pain
  • Puffy eyes
  • Pink eye and other bacterial or viral infections
  • Foreign object removal (such as wood or metal)
  • Sudden loss of vision in one or both eyes
  • Spots, flashes and floaters
  • Eye Injury

If you experience any of the symptoms listed above, we recommend an immediate evaluation or consultation with us. Please call us or make an appointment here if you are experiencing an eye emergency.

We are up to date with the latest treatments and are qualified to appropriately manage your eye condition. Some hospital emergency rooms are not equipped with the devices required to properly evaluate your eye emergency. If you are experiencing an ocular emergency after hours, we recommend that you visit Bascom Palmer’s Anne Bates Leach Eye Hospital in Miami, which is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
